Our Commitment to Health & Safety

Our H&S slogan, “Safety Without Compromise”, firmly states our commitment to safety, one of the six core values of our company:

“Health and Safety for all employees, based on prevention and the
adoption of safety behaviour”

This commitment is actualised at every level in the company:

  • Management:
  • Operations:
    • Development and implementation of operating procedures and practices that provide a safe environment and that ensure that all projects, without any exception, are implemented in an uncompromisingly safety-conscious manner

  • Employee:
    • Training of our staff to increase their knowledge, improve their skills and enhance their Health & Safety performance

Biogenie practices a behaviour-based safety training philosophy. Its goal is to build heightened safety awareness on a personal level, as employee behaviour is perhaps more significant in determining accident rates than any single action taken by management.

We recognize that safety is the outcome of continual, vigorous and rigorous attention to planning, training and action at every level and by everyone throughout the organization. Biogenie is extremely proud of its employee’s efforts and of their overall health and safety performance which has earned us recognitions and awards.
