Whether in America or in Europe, Biogénie has been managing rehabilitation projects for various industrial and manufacturing clients in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, mining and manufacturing sectors (varnishes, paints, shipbuilding, steel and coke), in real estate, transportation and communications (railroads, radar stations, navigational assistance). We also serve the government (federal, provincial/territories and municipal) and utilities (gas, energy, etc.). Industrial activity that has been carried out for several decades on the same site often takes a heavy environmental toll on the property, posing a great challenge to its restoration and impeding its rehabilitation and future commercial or industrial real estate value.
